RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration of participating in cheerleading activities at Standing Stronger Athletics LLC (the "Gym"), located in Spring Hill, Florida (Hernando County), I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. I am aware that cheerleading and gymnastics activities involve risks of injury, including serious injury or death. These risks may be caused by my own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others participating in the event, or the condition of the premises or equipment used.
2. I understand that these risks may be caused by my own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others participating in the event, or the condition of the premises or equipment used.
3. I voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with participating in cheerleading and gymnastics activities at the Gym, including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, and all such risks being known and appreciated by me.
4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Standing Stronger Athletics LLC, its owners, operators, employees, and agents, and the owners and operators of the premises used to conduct the event (collectively, the "Released Parties"), from any and all claims, causes of action, damages, or liability arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in cheerleading and gymnastics activities at the Gym, whether arising from the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.
5. I have read this release of liability and assumption of risk agreement, fully understand its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it, and sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
6. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent me from participating in cheerleading and gymnastics activities at the Gym.
7. I understand that I am responsible for my own medical expenses resulting from any injury sustained while participating in cheerleading and gymnastics activities at the Gym.
8. I grant the Released Parties the right to use my name, image, and likeness in any and all media for any purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising, promotion, and marketing.
9. This release of liability and assumption of risk agreement shall be binding upon my heirs, assigns, and personal representatives.
10. This release of liability and assumption of risk agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
11. I have read and understand the terms of this release of liability and assumption of risk agreement and understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it. I have signed this agreement freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
