Privacy Policy

PHOTO AND SOCIAL MEDIA RELEASE

I, the undersigned, hereby grant Standing Stronger Athletics LLC (the “Gym”), its successors, assigns, and licensees the irrevocable right and permission to use, publish and reproduce my name, image, likeness, and any photographs, video, or other media in which I may appear (collectively, the “Materials”) in any and all media for any purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising, promotion, and marketing.

I understand and agree that the Materials may be edited, altered, or modified in any manner at the sole discretion of the Gym. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including a written copy, that may be used in connection with the Materials.

I release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless the Gym, its owners, operators, employees, and agents, and any person or entity acting on their behalf from any claims, damages, or liability arising out of or in connection with the use of the Materials, including, but not limited to, any claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or copyright infringement.

I hereby grant the Gym the right to use my name, image, and likeness on its social media accounts, including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter. I understand that the Materials may be shared or re-posted by others on these platforms.

I represent and warrant that I am over the age of 18, have the right to grant the rights and permissions granted in this release, and that the Materials do not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

This release shall be binding upon my heirs, assigns, and personal representatives.

This release shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

I have read and understand the terms of this release and have signed it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.

I understand that the Materials may be used by the Gym in any manner, including, but not limited to, print and digital media, social media, and the Gym’s website.

I understand that the Materials may be used by the Gym indefinitely and that I will not receive any compensation for the use of the Materials.

I understand that the Gym has the right to terminate this release at any time, for any reason, by providing written notice to me. Upon termination, the Gym will cease using the Materials, but the Gym will not be required to delete or destroy any copies of the Materials that have already been used or distributed.

I have read and understand the terms of this release and have signed it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
