STANDING STRONGER ATHLETICS LLC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Standing Stronger Athletics LLC (the “Gym”), located in Spring Hill, Florida (Hernando County). By accessing and using our website and participating in any of the services or activities offered by the Gym, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Participation in cheerleading and gymnastics activities at the Gym is voluntary and at your own risk. You understand that these activities involve risks of injury, including serious injury or death.
2. Release of Liability: In consideration of participating in cheerleading activities at the Gym, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are aware that cheerleading and gymnastics activities involve risks of injury, including serious injury or death. These risks may be caused by your own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others participating in the event, or the condition of the premises or equipment used.

• You voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with participating in cheerleading and gymnastics activities at the Gym, including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, and all such risks being known and appreciated by you.
• You, for yourself and on behalf of your heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Standing Stronger Athletics LLC, its owners, operators, employees, and agents, and the owners and operators of the premises used to conduct the event (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all claims, causes of action, damages, or liability arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in cheerleading and gymnastics activities at the Gym, whether arising from the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.
• You have read this release of liability and assumption of risk agreement, fully understand its terms, understand that you have given up substantial rights by signing it, and sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
• You represent and warrant that you are physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent you from participating in cheerleading and gymnastics activities at the Gym.
• You understand that you are responsible for your own medical expenses resulting from any injury sustained while participating in cheerleading and gymnastics activities at the Gym.
• You grant the Released Parties the right to use your name, image, and likeness in any and all media for any purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising, promotion, and marketing.
• This release of liability and assumption of risk agreement shall be binding upon your heirs, assigns, and personal representatives.
• This release of liability and assumption of risk agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

3. The Gym reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of the website and participation in our services and activities following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
4. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
5. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Gym regarding your use of the website and participation in our services and activities.
6. By using the website and participating in our services and activities, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not use the website or participate in our services and activities.
7. Communication Consent: By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you consent to receive text messages from Standing Stronger Athletics LLC for the purposes of communication, confirmations, new class announcements, and event announcements. Message and data rates may apply.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions or your use of the website or participation in our services and activities shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and shall be conducted in Spring Hill, Florida (Hernando County).
